the location is really good and the stuff is very friendly

The hotel(in reality is a family pension) is at a great location. It's very close to the subway station. The people from the reception are very friendly. It has a great price.
The room is very noisy at night. The breakfast is poor. The bathroom is very small. It is very difficult to use the wifi connection.

The hotel is near a shopping center where you can park your car for half price..0.30 euro/ hour (if you speak with the hotel manager he will help you to obtain this price), in weekend you can park you car on the street for free. If you want to visit the city you can travel easily with the metro because the metro station is very close to the pension.

Non smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke. There was no TV although the room info says the contrary.

The manager was extremely helpful and welcoming. It being located right next to a metro station, trams and buses makes it ideal for getting around to all of the sights.

Hotel staff, rate, location, transport facility.
Location of your hotel on city map is not good pointed, nobody in . knows Dekan str., so we spent much time to find the man who knew about Dekan str. Besides Mazskva sq. has change its name.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel which is so convenient to all transport and shops. The people who run the hotel are so helpful and easy going, we just felt at home. Also, opposite is the most fantastic indoor market which sells all types of fruit, vegetables and little pubs and prices are all very reasonable. Next door to the hotel is the mammoth shopping centre which is a large centre with little restaurants and shops, including Marks and Spencers. All in all I would go back again tomorrow to this hotel. Whilst we were staying 6 French people arrived and they were cycling round Budapest, they said they were enjoying the hotel as well. It was a lovely experience and would recommend it to anyone.
The rooms were hot but we had air con and so we were fine.

Great staff, speaking excellent English, free internet in the family- like lobby, coffee maker, microwave and dishes for your free usage (great if you don´t want breakfast), excellent location close to metro and shopping centre, just at the foot of the Castle Hill. Great choice for the price.
